Cancellation policy

The cleaner-client relationship is grounded in mutuality. I show up for clients on time and ready to fully meet their expectations. In return, I ask my customers to honor our agreed-upon schedule.

I am happy to reschedule with advance notice.

For clients on a schedule, there is no cancellation fee with 72 hours notice (unless due to illness or emergency) AND if we can reschedule such that we don’t skip a cleaning or need to postpone future cleanings. Otherwise, you pay half of my cleaning fee for the first missed/delayed visit, and the full fee for subsequent missed visits.

For clients not on a schedule, there is no cancellation fee with 72 hours notice (unless due to illness or emergency) AND if we can reschedule within two weeks. Otherwise, you pay half of my fee for the first missed visit, and the full fee for subsequent missed visits.
